A worktable CONFILINE 3000 is designed to cut a previously laminated sheet of dough in triangle, square, rectangular or round shaped pieces with further manual forming of a wide range of puff or leavened pastries. The worktable can be equipped with a gear dosing machine Combi Line syncronized with the cutting station for automation of dosing fillings on dough pieces. 

Standard equipment:
- Table structure in stainless steel AISI 304 with conveyor belt. The speed of the conveyor belt is regulated by means of inverter from  1,4 to 3,5 meters per  minute. For bakers convenience there are two push button panels at the beginning and end of the table to start and stop the conveyor belt.  
- Rolling pin holder 
- Cutting shafts holder 
- Cutting station for n.2 cutting, marking or decorating shafts. The safety guard of the station is equipped with a limit switch for safety. 
- Scraps evacuation devices. 
- Removable basin for scraps collection 
- Scraper for belt cleaning 
- Swivel castor wheels with brakes for table movement
